This is a reminder that TUESDAY JUNE 14, 5pm-6:30pm PDT, is the second Business Meeting of 2011 for all Chapters worldwide. The focus of these quarterly calls is to allow Chapters a forum for input and dialogue on Chapter business and to bring Chapters up to date on SCB and Chapter Committee business. It is critical that your Chapter participate in these meetings -- please make arrangements to have at least 1 officer or member of your Chapter on the call. This should be a person(s) who can talk about your Chapter with other call participants and also report minutes back to your other officers and/or members. Call-in information for Chapters outside NA is below. The importance of your Chapter's participation on these calls cannot be over-emphasized! This is the main way you can connect with each other, keep up-to-date on SCB happenings that affect your Chapter, and have regular input on SCB business. In recognition of the importance of your participation, priority for Chapter project and travel grants is given to those Chapters that regularly join the quarterly calls. June 14 details are below.
